The project concerns the arrangement of an industrial building from the early twentieth century made for the manufacture of drugs. The project has delivered the central volume demolishing sheds and warehouse space to find space used zesidenza “loft” with penciles terraces, and administrative and executive offices for the Chemists Association.
Within the existing volume were created a new conference room for about 190 seats divided into smaller rooms, a control room, areas to store and office space.
In the basement, with access from the side street, garages for 15 cars.
